How to See a Doctor or Nurse
You can make an appointment by phoning or calling in at reception. 15 min pre–bookable appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks advance. 10 min book–on–the–day appointments are released daily at 7.30 am through our automated system or at 8.30 on the telephones. We operate a triage system until noon so that if all that day's appointments have been released and you feel you need to be seen, reception will take your details and a doctor will phone you back to determine clinical priority. If you cannot attend an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so we can give it to another patient in need.
How to Book Online With Vision Online
We are introducing a new service called Vision Online. This will let you interact with our practice using the internet at your convenience, even when we are closed.
You will need to register with the practice to access this service, and once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password.
If you are interested in this service, please complete the form next time you are in the surgery, where you will be given details of how to register.
How to Speak to a Doctor
Doctors are allocated a number of 5 min telephone consultations each day. You book a slot with reception, as for any other appointment. You then call at the exact time and reception will put you through to the doctor.
How to Speak to a Nurse
Nurses take phone calls daily between 12.30 and 13.00.
