We constantly strive to improve our service and welcome your feedback. A box for comments and suggestions is supplied at reception. These will be discussed within the practice. Sadly we tend to receive feedback only when patients are not happy. Our staff work hard to care for you so we would be pleased to receive positive feedback if you think it is deserved. Perhaps you could drop a note into the comments box or even make an entry on the NHS Choices website.
